Privacy Notice

Categories we may collect

Identifiers — name, email, phone, and business or organization, if you give them to us
Commercial information — guest count, event interest, venue interest, and notes on an open-house RSVP or catering conversation; for a catering request, your menu selections and portions, pickup date and time, and notes such as allergies or preparation requests
Internet activity — IP address and browser details our host uses to deliver and secure the site. This site does not load advertising or analytics trackers

Sources and purposes

From you, when you send an RSVP or catering request or contact us, and from your device when you visit. We use this to plan the open house, confirm availability, prepare your invoice, fulfill your order, and keep the site working. RSVP details are emailed to info@therapiefoods.com. Catering requests are emailed to our catering team at catering@therapiefoods.com, and a copy is kept in private storage with our web host so a request is not lost. We also email you a copy of your request, with a PDF of it. If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use that only to prepare your food and answer your request. Until you send a catering request, your draft plan and contact details stay in your browser. When you download your plan as a PDF, it goes to our website just to make the file, and isn’t kept. After you send a request, your browser also keeps a copy of it, so you can download it again. You can clear all of this from the “How ordering works” panel on the ordering page. We do not use these forms to sign you up for marketing emails.

Service providers

Our web host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Google Workspace) process this information on our behalf to run the site and deliver messages. When we confirm a catering order, we enter it in Toast, our restaurant and invoicing system, which emails your invoice and processes your payment.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to accept or reject. Your browser keeps your draft catering plan, and a copy of the last request you sent, until you clear them. No other company collects information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites. Because we don’t track you, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first, add a way to opt out here, and honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Retention

We keep RSVP, inquiry, and catering request details for the event and any follow-up you asked for, then only as long as tax, accounting, or legal needs require. Email info@therapiefoods.com to ask for deletion.

Your California rights

You can ask to know, access, delete, or correct your personal information, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Call (858) 201-7548 or email info@therapiefoods.com. We may confirm the request with details we already have. An authorized agent may submit a request with signed permission.

Minors

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Any significant change will be noted at the top of the page.

Accessibility

Therapie Foods Co. aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The ordering page is checked with automated accessibility testing at desktop and phone sizes, and for keyboard use, visible focus, color contrast and reduced motion. Nothing on the site moves or flashes on its own. We have not completed an independent audit. If you hit a barrier, call (858) 201-7548 or email info@therapiefoods.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will take an RSVP, catering request, or question by phone at no extra charge.

Website notes

This website does not take payment. Sending a catering request does not confirm an order: our team confirms availability and your preparation requests, then emails you a Toast invoice. The invoice uses the prices on this website (per guest for the Bowl Bar, group boxes and individual boxes; per portion for extras), plus sales tax. Catering orders are paid in full at least 2 hours before pickup. Orders for 30 guests or more pay a 50% deposit with the Toast invoice when we confirm them, and the balance at least 2 hours before pickup. An order we confirm on its pickup day (a same-day order) is paid in full when we confirm it. Nothing is charged until you pay your Toast invoice. Catering is pickup only for now, at 350 Camino de la Reina, Suite 150, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. How far ahead to order depends on what you order and for how many guests: boxes for up to 30 guests, 3 hours within those hours (so an order placed by 1 PM can be picked up at 4 PM the same day), or by 4 PM the business day before if that’s sooner; a Bowl Bar, lasagna (or Bowl Bar proteins or bases as extras), or more than 30 guests, at least 24 hours ahead and by 4 PM the business day before. Each meal for one among the extras counts as a guest for timing. You can change a request on this website for 30 minutes after you send it; after that, contact us to change it. Changes to the menu or guest count must reach us by phone or email by 4 PM the business day before pickup; after that, the guest count can only go up. A request we haven’t confirmed yet can be withdrawn free. Once confirmed, cancellations at least 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full; after that, 50% is non-refundable, to cover costs already incurred: the deposit for orders of 30 guests or more, or 50% of the food total. Same-day orders are final once we confirm them and can’t be changed or cancelled. Menus and availability may change. Questions: (858) 201-7548 · catering@therapiefoods.com.

Allergens

Food is prepared in a shared kitchen that handles milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Cross-contact is not controlled. Tell us about allergies in your catering request notes, when you RSVP, or by calling (858) 201-7548.
